When none of these fits, contact live support with a precise question: is the account active, and is anything outstanding from my side? Save the transcript — in a later dispute it is the most concrete evidence available to you.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
Use the Forgot password link and enter the registered email address. The reset link is time-limited, so act on it promptly. If it does not arrive: check spam and promotions folders, confirm you are using the original registration address rather than a newer one, and request the link only once — repeat requests can invalidate the earlier email.
On mobile there is one extra trap worth naming. After a reset, autofill will often keep inserting the old password, and mobile keyboards habitually capitalise the first character. Both break a case-sensitive password before you have finished typing it.
